The premises for guests (ground-floor till garret) are separated from the housekeepers privacy. Two double bed rooms, each with two additional beds at ground-floor, one double bed room on the first floor, one two-bed room and one two-bed room with two additional beds at the garret (apartments), all rooms with TVSAT and radio, residential kitchen with sitting at the ground-floor and also at the garret (electric and gas stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster), three bathrooms with toilet, bathtub and shower, central heating.
Exterier with two covered garden sitting areas, fireplace, garden grill, swing. Free parking in the closed area. Possibility to rent bikes, play tenis, table tennis. Phone and acces to the internet.

Description of vicinity: In the north part of Slovakia, Liptov region, the village Prosiek, among the mountains, near wonderful Prosiecka valley (500m), known Kvačianska valley (Oblazy mills), under Chočské mountains (Prosečné, Čerenová, Pravnáč, Veľký Choč), near West Tatras (Žiarska valley, Roháče, Babky, Sivý Vrch), Podbanské (Račkova valley, Kamenistá and Bystrá valley) and Law Tatras (Jasná, Chopok, Ďumbier, Demänovská aragonit and ice cave). Optimal starting point for doing trips, tourism, biketourism, relax in thermal spas or skiing. 2-7km - the dam Liptovská Mara with possibilities of fishing, water sports and bouting. 7km - the famous thermal spas Aquapark Tatralandia and Bešeňová. 15km thermal spa Lúčky, 20km, thermal swimming pool Liptovský Ján. Within 30km area of Liptov region - the towns Liptovský Hrádok, Liptovský Mikuláš, Ružomberok and historical attractions Havránok, Liptov castle, Likava castle, Vlkolínec (UNESCO), Svätý Kríž, Pribylina museum of Liptov village. One - two day trips to High Tatras and futher to Poland via Zakopane (Morske oko), Krakow and back via Orava region, thermal spa Oravice, Juráňova valley - Roháče, museum of Orava village in Zuberec - Brestová and the Orava castle are very favorite. 15-25km - known ski resorts Jasná, Chopok, Závažná Poruba, Liptovský Ján, Malinô Brdo.
Recommended travel route by bus: There is the nearest bus and train station in the town Liptovský Mikuláš. Bus link Liptovský Mikuláš (bus station), Prosiek (stop near pub) last link 18,40 hour or taxi. It is possible to set conditions about arranging of drive-away with the renter.
